What I enjoy most about working with Specialty 1 Partners is the feeling of being supported and having so many resources available to me all in one place. We believe in providing our team members with a reliable and hassle-free payroll experience. For our support office, clinical roles, and non-clinical roles we operate on a biweekly payroll schedule. With paydays occurring every two weeks, you can count on a consistent and predictable income to support your financial needs. For Specialists, we operate on a monthly payroll schedule with pay dates mid-month for the month prior.

That’s why some of our supported practices offer weekend availability, ensuring that both patients and staff have access to care when they need it most. During the initial phone call, we’ll discuss the specific hours and scheduling options available for each opportunity.
