Dental Assistant

The individual in this position will be responsible for providing overall assistance to the dentist and delivering high-quality care to patients. Dental assistant duties include preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, recording patient medical history and treatment information, taking and exposing dental x-rays, maintaining equipment inventory, and instructing patients on proper oral health. An ideal dental assistant has excellent chairside manners and strong interpersonal skills. Must be licensed from an accredited dental assistant program and hold a radiology certification.

Front Desk Role

This role serves as the first point of contact with clients. This position is responsible for ensuring the practice operates efficiently. Key duties include performing daily administrative tasks such as fielding calls/emails, coordinating dental care for patients based on their specific needs, scheduling appointments and follow-up consultations, determining the cost of treatment and discussing payment options with patients, maintaining dental records, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates for this front desk role should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in healthcare management or a related field is preferred.

Specialist

We are seeking a full-time endodontist specialist that is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Major duties include: providing comprehensive care by examining, diagnosing, and formulating treatment for diseases of the dental pulp. This role is responsible for performing non-surgical and surgical procedures to treat dental conditions and maintain patients’ optimal dental health. An ideal candidate possesses exceptional chairside manners, leadership abilities, and a high standard of dental ethics. Applicants for endodontist specialist must hold a DDS or DDM degree and be licensed within your state.
