Our support center is open from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
We understand that having time to work from home is vital to a balanced work schedule. We also believe that collaboration is seen the most when we are all physically together. Our support office team starts and ends every week together, meaning that we are in the office every Monday and Friday. Throughout the week our team members can choose one day to be a remote work day. Allowing for flexibility and balance while still keeping everyone connected!
At our office, we maintain a business casual dress code to ensure a professional yet comfortable environment. However, please be aware that it can get quite cold in our office. We recommend dressing in layers or keeping a warm jacket or sweater at your workspace to stay comfortable throughout the day. Your well-being is important to us, and we want to make sure you can work efficiently without any discomfort.
